The Viper Marine15 is a
Brushed Speed Control designed specifically for use in RC boats.
The Marine15 has a 15Amp motor limit, what this means is that you can use
any, DC Brushed motor, as long as the current drawn by that motor does not
exceed 15Amps under load (with the prop connected, under water).
The Marine15 is the perfect speed controller for anybody wanting to either
upgrade their old Speed Controller for a no nonsense 15Amp limit reversible
electronic Speed Control or for anybody who uses scale model RC boats at
scale speeds. Features such as adjustable reverse functions and a built in
failsafe are standard on this entry level Speed Control and the motor stall
protection is a feature which cannot be overlooked when a possible encounter
with weeds is always a possibility.

RC boats at scale speeds to scale speed boats. The Marine40 is the highest
powered marine speed controller in the Viper range of Speed Controls suited
to RC model boats, which means it has all the same features as all the other
Viper marine speed controllers but with more power! It also has
everything you would expect on a more expensive Speed Control! Features such
as adjustable reverse functions and a built in failsafe are standard
on Marine40 and the motor stall protection is a feature which cannot be
overlooked when a possible encounter with weeds is always a possibility.One
difference to note between the Marine40 and the others in the marine range
is that the Marine40 comes with user solderable posts instead on pre
installed wires. This gives the user the option to use their own wiring
looms.

The micro Failsafe is a must
in any nitro/petrol RC model to protect the model from damage should you
lose the signal from your transmitter due to low transmitter batteries or
going out of transmitter range. The micro Failsafe also protects the model
from a flat receiver battery. The micro Failsafe can be programmed to
activate at a selectable receiver battery low voltage and can also be
programmed to tell the servos to go to a certain position should the
failsafe activate.

battery are good or bad!

ZERO GLITCH

ZGM - Zero Glitch Module is an
opto isolator for use in any electric RC model. It is designed to cut all
electrical connection between the speed control and the receiver whilst
still maintaining a strong connection. This removes any interference caused
by the connection between the speed control and receiver and has been known
to improve the strength of the connection.
LEDs are used to show correct connection.
The ZGM is also 100% waterproof so can be
mounted anywhere in the model. |
